Located on the famous Chester Rows on Bridge Street, Carbonara At No 49 is a Roman Specialities Restaurant & Bar born out of passion.

Raised in Rome “the Eternal City”, our team fell in love with Chester & have worked at the top of Chester’s culinary scene for over 10 years. They have realised their dream by marrying their love of authentic Roman cuisine within a venue in the beautiful Roman city of Chester, opening in July 2021. Here they serve Roman Specialities using the finest local produce.
